The high frequency generator with microprocessor controlled ripple offers stability of parameters KV-mA-Sec. has they are unaffected by power supply and spikes, even during exposure, thus allowing reliable repeatability of mammographic examinations, a better contrast and longer life span of the x-ray tube.

Clinix HF650 has a power interface which allow operator to connect until to four types of accessories without any changes or installation of further components.

Moreover Clinix HF 650 can supply power, using a single generator, to one or two completely separate diagnostic rooms, without having to install the control unit in the middle of the radiology rooms.
The small control consoles placed in each room permit the operator to program the automatic anatomical techniques separately, according to specific operating needs.
As is readily apparent, this exclusive approach not only result in significant economic saving, but also allow for the best possible use to be made of the radiology rooms.

Moreover there are many power supply which permit to install any kind of potter. There are contacts for open door and thermal tubes. Clinix HF 650 has also the interface which permit to install any kind of HS rotor.

Thanks to the large alphabetical/numerical display one can find the eventual error immediately. Since the unit is equipped microprocessor auto test you do not need particular interface. Every electronic boards have components on the sockets that allow you to substitute only the defective components and not the complete board and thanks to this characteristics one can reduce the service cost. The various calibration and service setting can be activated directly by micro switch on the electronics board.
Thanks to the automatic calibration of any mA selected in graphy and scopy, Clinix HF 650 can be installed easily and doesn’t need any kind of hardware changes. Infact mA are calibrated by changing only one micro-switch of board. Moreover the unit has already stored the loads of x-ray tube inside, therefore it doesn’t need any particular calibration.
One doesn’t need further boards and bears costs because the unit has a complete interface for the AEC.

The versatile and state of the art AEC with a field that can be mechanically positioned in three positions with 15 (+/- 7) levels of optical density provides not only conventional automatic exposure control with object thickness and composition compensation.
The AEC concept ensures consistent image quality exposure after exposure and eliminates retakes and makes the examination procedure very easy.
After the exposure the real mAs values are shown digitally on the control panels.
The differences between various film/screen combinations have been taken into account with pre-programmed function buttons.
The AEC has been matched in two film/screen combinations to optimize contrast and resolution with proper exposure time.

The control panel is equipped with clear and logical buttons. The sensitive touch control buttons are equipped with visual and audible signals, they ensure precise technique settings and their covering made in membrane can satisfy even the highest hygiene requirements.

The operator can work in free technique choosing all KV-mA-Sec. parameters according to the exam expectation. In order to minimize the mistakes he can even work in automatic programmed techniques allowing him to work quickly thanks to an automatic recall of values previously stored for that kind of exam.
If the doctor prefers he can change above mentioned stored values by an electronic secret key that does not allow other people modify the programme.
