Cardio-X has been made following the most modern technologies.
It is equipped with a carbon fibre plane (without metal
supports) and it is particularly useful if used with the
image intensifier with a C-shaped arm.
The plane has been realised in carbon fibre, because it
is the only radiolucent material that can support the
weight of 400 Kg, without encountering the possibility
of damage. For this reason, the whole explorable area
is of 1,80 meter, which is practically the length of the
patient’s entire body.
In comparison to other Cardio-X, and on the contrary to
their functional procedures, this type of plane moves
under the amplifier, without waist of time. The movement
of the plane is obtain by the use of a joystick, which
controls the engines electronically assisted and of high
precision. This allows the user to easily place the patient
in an exact position how and where we want.
The controls are protected by a lock. Once placed the
patient in the correct position, this blocks and excludes
the control console, avoiding any possible accident movement
that could be dangerous for the patient’s health.
Moreover, the user can automatically centre the device
and the console with the joysticks can be attached on
the plane wherever the user wants. Thanks to this exclusive
innovation, the controls are always in a suitable position.
The Cardio-X represents the new generation of the catheterization
tables that suitable also for all tests that require image
intensifier.
